The headliner is Octopath Traveler II, the 2023 JRPG from Square Enix and Acquire. Released on PC on February 24, 2023, the game carries a "Very Positive" rating on Steam across more than 10,700 user reviews, with 94% of players recommending it. It builds on the series' signature HD-2D art style - pixel characters rendered in a high-definition 3D diorama - and follows eight new travelers in the world of Solistia, each with their own story and unique Path Actions that change depending on the time of day.

Octopath Traveler II - the standout pick
