The Binding of Isaac: Gift habitat players in the realm where no two runs are alike. This DLC adds more than 100 original items to enrich the game. Each added item does not only add power, but also visual difference to the player's character. These items vary literally from an extra piece of statistics to the powers that reshape gameplay and strategy due to their transformative abilities. This DLC is notable for the challenge itself: it adds more than 50 unique enemy types in the game there is a chance of them being “special” and dropping the loot that improves the player's powers. Added into four new extralarge chapters habitating two levels each and filled with secrets and severe challenges. Three new classes promote replayability and tactics diversity. Multiple ending based on players choices lead to the conclusions, having more than one of which makes the game replayable and engaging.

The Binding of Isaac: Quarry Collection adds innovative items that alter the gameplay in different ways. The most interesting of them include: Pile of Bones adds boneheart and may give you orbitals made from the bone. Premature Detonation gives the opportunity to throw in more bombs and put explosing enemy in danger of dying by exploding themselves. Broken Shell shoots the player's enemy and makes him stronger on his way to him. Sin Stones and Hot Wheels enhance the player's mobility, adding another layer of gameplay diversity. This DLC not only affects the tactical possibilities but also adds an audio and visual part that makes the player even more thrilling with every new session.

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance acts like the broadening of the scope of the original game. It adds over 130 new items, like 9 Volt and Ankh, adding new tactics and synergies. It also adds the entirely new lane leading to new chapters, boss, and alternate ending that keeps up with the narrative's continuation. More than 100 of new enemy types and 25 of the bosses climb with five new challenges and many new characters are the reasons this gameplay is always thrilling and diversified. Over 5,000 new rooms design do not allow the same room setting more than once to ensure the randomness of every level.
